Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unworn within seven days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
Due to reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.
Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any damage within three days of receiving your order.

We recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Returned items that arrive to us damaged or are lost in the post will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are processed with 48 hours of receipt at our office. Please allow up to 14 days for it to clear your credit card account.
Returns are processed with 48 hours of receipt of returned goods. A replacement article should be at your door within 7 days. If a replacement article is no longer available you will receive notification and a refund.
