About Christin Ranger
Way back in 2001 while working as a freelance illustrator in Seville I met my husband Steve. As well as ladies’ accessory shops Steve owned a wholesale silver business. We found ourselves travelling together to Thailand several times a year where Steve worked with some incredible silversmiths. I was inspired and found myself tapping into my creative side by designing and hand making jewellery from strings of natural stones I found in the markets there.
Life, as always, moved on and when our daughter was ready for school we re-located to the UK. I followed my passion and enrolled on a silversmith’s course. Whilst there I learnt about computer-aided design and the process of turning two-dimensional drawings into 3-dimensional casting molds.
Then, with help from our fabulous team in Bangkok, we fine-tuned this process to create unique hand-crafted pieces of jewellery at a price everyone can enjoy.
This exciting range of jewellery is feminine, delicate and quirky. Many pieces have hidden meaning and secret messages incorporated into the design making them fun and personal to wear. As you look through the collections you'll notice I've taken inspiration from the things I'm passionate about; the natural world, fashion and fine art, combining them to create designs I hope you'll love to wear as much as I do.
