Delivery

All of our sterling silver jewellery comes packaged in one of our Christin Ranger branded gift boxes.

All purchases will be processed within 24 hours of order being made or you will be notified by e-mail.

Our standard delivery (£3.90) is via the Royal Mail’s Registered 2nd Class Delivery service, which is tracked from when it leaves our premises and requires a signature upon delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1–3 days. Should you happen to be out when the Royal Mail call, they will leave a card and you can either contact them to rearrange delivery, or you can collect your parcel from your local sorting office.

For orders over £50 there is free delivery within the UK.

Express Deliveries – £6.40 for arrival next day is available for orders made by 12:00 noon. Once again the parcel is tracked from when it leaves our premises and requires a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL
Rest of the world – £8.50 (up to 3–5 working days)

All international orders exclude tax. Customers will be required to pay local tax before your order is released to you by the shipping agents. While we endeavour to keep our fabric prices as low as possible, this tax payment is out of our control.

Returns

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unworn within 14 days.

We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you

Due to reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.

Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any damage within three days of receiving your order.

We recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we can't accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We will refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty otherwise you will need to pay the cost of returning your unwanted items.

Please remember: the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Returned items that arrive to us damaged or are lost in the post can't be credited.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds are processed with 48 hours of receipt at our office. Please allow up to 14 days for it to clear your credit card account. 

Returns are processed with 48 hours of receipt of returned goods. A replacement article should be at your door within 7 days. If a replacement article is no longer available you will receive notification and a refund.
